Open Gym – your schedule. your workout. anytime.

We’ve created a section in our centre dedicated to Open Gym. Athletes that follow an online, private or personal program now have access to all the equipment necessary without paying for a CrossFit membership. This membership does not include coaching or supervision. The athlete is on their own to train however they prefer.

Schedule: available during all open hours.

L’usine is also dedicated to helping individuals correct technique, address weaknesses or injuries and provide strength/mobility/conditioning/nutrition etc. programs. Our team has over 35 combined years of experience in CrossFit training and we have developed numerous CrossFit Games regional athletes and teams.
